No.7 Crystal Lilac - a pink foil which looks silver or gold according to the light and angle.
No.7 is a bit of a mixed bag for me. Lovely colours, but… I don’t think I’ve ever bought one at full price, and I’m not sure I ever will. The formula is far from the greatest: the first coat always looks washy and the second is a bit precarious. The brush and handle make it one of the harder-to-apply brands I know of. It chips a whole lot faster than any of the Barry M polishes I have, despite costing about twice as much. And yet, the colours are lovely - I have yet to try one I don’t like. And sometimes, if all I need to do is make it last a day at work and an evening out, the chippiness isn’t so bad. Plus of course with one of the £5 vouchers you can periodically get in Boots these nail varnishes are actually cheaper than many drugstore brands.
