Norwich haul!
I’m currently at my folks’ house, which is in a tiny village with a less-than-brilliant bus service, and after two days I am already in the mindset of taking every chance to get a lift somewhere. So today I spent a couple of hours in Norwich while my mum had her hair done, and I tried to use that time constructively by shopping for a few things I was short of. It was NOT the best shopping expedition ever by a long shot. In addition to the small things I actually got (the contents of the photo plus my boy’s Christmas present, tights and some veggie sausage mix) I also wanted a pair of boots, a black shawl, a small handbag and a halterneck bra. None of which I could find in my price range despite combing the city more thoroughly than I comb my hair some days! Still, I did get some nice makeup, and I had backup options for everything…

All the makeup I bought today is intended to be worn tomorrow night for Christmas dinner at my boy’s work - I aim to swatch it all today and schedule a few posts!
