More green goodness! This isn’t *quite* the last installment of that particular colour, but it’ll do for now…
Nails: Barry M Racing Green. This is darker and vampier than Emerald Green, and a better match with a couple of items in my wardrobe. I’m going to feel sad removing it, despite the chips and wear that stem from cutting corners and not applying a top coat, as it is one of those polishes that I don’t get many opportunities to wear. The same goes for the dress and blouse in question. This time I wore it with my short dark green velvet dress for my office’s end-of-term meal in town. I can testify that it looks pretty great when my hand is clasped around a gin-and-tonic with lime! I bought it about a year ago and it has been commented on every time I have worn it - I need to find more excuses…
Scarf: a birthday present from a friend at home and something else I don’t get many chances to wear. In fact I didn’t wear it the other night in the end, as I wasn’t sure how it would cope with being rained on! Still, as a photographic prop it has the great advantage of looking like I have gift-wrapped my disembodied hand, which has a humour value all of its own. Did I ever claim not to be weird?
